Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions below outline the agreement made between Silvercube and the client.  

1.1 From here on “the company” means Silvercube

1.2 “The client” is the company or individual who accepts the proposal or whose request is accepted by the company.

1.3 “Service” refers to any course, training or event provided by the company.

Agreement

2.1 The company agrees to provide the services requested or proposed to the best of its ability on the given times and dates for the agreed fee as confirmed in writing. 

The fee is calculated to cover the delivery and design of the request or proposal.  Should the request or proposal change the total fee will become void and the company will negotiate a new fee with the client. Details of the fee breakdown are available on request.  

2.2 The client agrees to provide any research material or information whether in the form of meetings/emails/papers/phone calls etc to allow the company to fully realize its obligations in providing the service.

2.3 The company agrees to keep safe any material or information provided by the client.

2.4 The client agrees to provide an appropriate venue with basic technical support where appropriate for the service unless otherwise agreed.  

Ending this Agreement and Scale of cancellation charges

3.1 This Agreement may be terminated at any time by the client giving written notice to the company without assigning any reason. 

3.3 Within 30 days 50% of the fee is payable.

3.4 Within 15 days 100% of the fee is payable.

3.5 Pre-booked travel expenses will be payable where proof of payment is provided.

The company reserve the right to cancel or amend any of the charges for ending the agreement

Payment Terms 

3.6 Payment will be made within 30 days of invoice.  

3.7 If payment is not received within 30 days any discounts, including volume discounts will be revoked and a new invoice will be issued.

3.8 Late payment will incur a daily interest charge of 8.5% of the total invoice figure.

3.9 All fees and expenditure are subject to VAT. 

Confirming a Booking

1.1 Bookings are confirmed once they have been received in writing and are then subject to the above terms and conditions.

1.2 Verbal agreements are not considered to be confirmed bookings and are not subject to the above terms and conditions.
