Yes, our role-play actors can work alongside your inhouse training teams, slotting into programmes and events as required.

Yes, we work with a small number of trusted partners who can design and deliver full training programmes for your teams.

Ideally, we like to have all role-play actors booked for at least one month in advance of the project to ensure we have the very best team for your organization, however we will endeavour to find the right team for you at short notice if required.

The number of actors required depends entirely on the activity.  For role-play we recommend each delegate spends at least 25 minutes with their role-play actor which allows them time to have their conversation and receive feedback.  Typically, when supporting on a training day our actors work with 4-5 delegates per 3 hour session.

Online role-play works in a very similar way to face to face role-play. Delegates are usually put into a virtual breakout room with their actor and the session is run in exactly the same way. There are some limitations to working online, however our actors are also able to help delegates develop their online presentation and impact which is another advantage of the virtual setting.

Online role-play offers clients more flexibility with the option of running lots of short sessions to fit around delegate schedules.  It is also more cost effective with slightly lower prices and no travel or accommodation costs.
